She appeared in Karan Johar's segment of the anthology. However, Kiara Advani is not part of the announced main cast of Lust Stories 3.

How many parts of Lust Stories are there?
There are currently three films in the Lust Stories franchise:
- Lust Stories — 2018
- Lust Stories 2 — 2023
- Lust Stories 3 — 2026
The franchise is structured as an anthology, meaning each instalment contains multiple separate stories rather than one continuous plot. The first two films each contained four short films, while the third instalment again brings together four directors and four stories. About Netflix
What is the third story in Lust Stories 3 about?
Lust Stories 3 contains four separate stories, directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, Kiran Rao, Shakun Batra and Vishal Bhardwaj.
Rather than continuing one single storyline from the previous films, the anthology explores different relationships and emotional situations. Netflix describes the stories as dealing with love, desire, complicated relationships and repressed emotions. About Netflix
Because the film is an anthology, the phrase "third story" can refer to the third segment within the film, rather than a third chapter of one continuous narrative.
Why did Kriti Sanon reject Lust Stories?
There is no clear official confirmation from Netflix or the filmmakers establishing that Kriti Sanon rejected a role in Lust Stories 3.
Kriti Sanon's name does not appear in Netflix's official cast announcement for the film. The confirmed cast includes Radhika Apte, Konkona Sen Sharma, Aditi Rao Hydari, Radhika Madan and Sana Thampi among the female performers. About Netflix
Therefore, claims that Kriti specifically "rejected" Lust Stories should be treated cautiously unless they are backed by a direct interview or statement from Sanon or the filmmakers.
Is Lust Stories 2 a hit or flop?
Lust Stories 2 was released as a Netflix anthology rather than a conventional theatrical film, so there is no standard box-office verdict such as "hit" or "flop" based on theatrical collections.
The 2023 sequel featured four stories directed by Konkona Sen Sharma, R Balki, Amit Ravindernath Sharma and Sujoy Ghosh. It continued the anthology format established by the 2018 original.
For an OTT film, viewer reception, reviews and streaming performance are more relevant measures than theatrical box-office labels.
How does Lust Stories end?
There is no single ending for the entire franchise, because each Lust Stories film is an anthology.
The 2018 film contains four independent stories, and Lust Stories 2 also consists of four separate segments. Lust Stories 3 follows the same broad structure with four filmmakers telling distinct stories. The Indian Express
So, if you are searching for the ending of a particular Lust Stories segment, you need to specify which story or which instalment.

| Kiran Rao | A separate contemporary relationship narrative |
